Mishawn and her partner, Larry founded Nanama Ventures after seeing firsthand how overwhelming the traditional home sale process was for a friend's family member dealing with foreclosure].
With 22 combined years of real estate investment experience across the Arizona and Utah markets, they built Nanama Ventures to provide options to homeowners, and a faster, simpler, and more transparent way to sell their property.
Mishawn Jackson and Larry Vance are based in South Jordan, Utah, and are personally involved in every transaction. You'll speak directly with them when you reach out.
Why We Started Nanama Ventures
We got into real estate investing because we saw a real problem. The traditional home sale process — finding an agent, making repairs, staging, waiting for offers, negotiating, hoping the deal doesn't fall through can take months.
For homeowners dealing with foreclosure, an inherited property, a divorce, or an urgent relocation, months is simply not an option.
